Alex has had ten years experience in senior management roles, followed by fifteen years consulting and interim management experience, managing whole-of-business transformation, turnaround, performance improvement and integration projects. Clients included blue-chip and medium sized organisations in the Asia Pacific region, with identified synergies and profit improvements of up to $100 million per project.
Alex's extensive project management and analytical skills include process and organisational redesign, operational and process diagnostics, activity based costing, financial modelling, cost management, change management, Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma (Black Belt) methods.
