Office Administration
Joy Brindle is our Office Manager. Joy has worked in four different organizations over a period of 20 years, from corporate to a large global organization working mainly with implementing ETM systems.
Joy’s strengths include strong organizational and effective analytical skills, both at a concept and detailed level, the ability to influence thinking, champion change, and strong negotiation skills.
Her technical skills are very diverse covering areas in Quality Systems, Lead Auditor training in QM systems, Site and Corporate security and governance, Change Controls for non-GMP systems; data security and privacy; GMP training; Software Systems buying controls; DRP’s; and JDE security; Project Client Briefs/Feasibility Studies; ROIs, mainly within the pharmaceutical industry.
