Paul is an experienced operational improvement consultant with more than 30 years experience. He has held senior management roles in Quality, Production, Operations and General Management in Automotive, Defence, Chemical and Fast Moving Consumer Goods industries.

He has consulted to a broad range of clients across the Finance, Fleet Management, Manufacturing, Telecommunications Mining and Government Enterprise sectors.

Paul is experienced in lease management, property asset management and property development issues. He has served on a board for a public company. Paul has extensive operational improvement experience using Lean, Six Sigma and Management Operating System (MOS) techniques.
