Richard Blow

Richard is founder and Managing Director of Performance Drivers. He was formerly NSW Regional Manager for a leading Australian Management Consulting group. He has worked extensively in Australia, New Zealand and the UK with over 16 years experience in consulting.

Richard's passion for technology was honed at the University of New South Wales whilst studying Electronics Engineering and resulted in over 12 years in the communication and high technology industries.

His superior level of personal motivation is evidenced by his proven track record in business development and has been perfected over many years and across a number of disciplines. Richard has extensive problem solving, business analysis and project management skills, developed formally and in over many diverse positions. Having worked in a multitude of industries including construction, manufacturing and distribution, Richard's knowledge and experience adds considerable value to our clients.

Richard has also managed a number of significant projects from the implementation of a major 300-person call-centre to the management and successful start up of a new sales team. Among the corporations Richard has contributed to, are:
