Robin

Robin has been in the ICT industry for some 30 years and has worked across a variety of business operations in a number of countries. Robin's strength lies in working closely with customers which he has typically been involved with in various roles.

Some of the operations he was involved with include setting up a Network Solutions Business Unit, an early implementation of the Service Management Business in the Banking industry, a comprehensive BPR Program with tangible financial results, integration and consolidation of Call Centres together with CRM and various Business Management positions.
