Annual Leaders Forum

Once a year Performance Drivers consortium holds a Leaders forum which is aimed at operations and senior management. This forum is a platform to share experiences, leverage and draw support from peers, and gives participants an opertunity to gain perspectives that come from being part of a larger, collectively more experienced and objective group.

Our host this year are Dematic, a global supply chain solutions business with 50 years of robust design and delivery experience in Australia and New Zealand. Dematic’s manufacturing facility produces racking, conveyers and automated guided vehicles. This hardware is integrated with industry leading software and automation technologies to bring their clients systems which improve performance and increase productivity. 

The agenda will include an overview of Dematic's operations presented by Ned Walsh, Director ANZ Operations and facility tour. This will be followed by followed by a workshop and discussion facilitated by our guest Guru.


As part of their Consortium membership, members are entitled to send up to 2 attendees to the Leaders Forum and 6 attendees to Site Tours. At $490 plus GST per quarter for annual membership joining the PDC is an affordable and sound investment in you and your staff’s continued growth and development.

To attend this Leaders Forum as a non member, the cost is $249 per attendee plus GST (max 2 attendees per company).
